OMEGA Speedmaster Racing

The Omega Speedmaster Racing 329.33.44.51.01.001 is a chronograph in a 44.25 mm steel case. Thickness measures 14.92 mm, with a lug-to-lug span of 50 mm. The self-winding calibre 9900 drives it, a column-wheel chronograph with a Co-Axial escapement and silicon balance spring, certified as a Master Chronometer and resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. Two barrels mounted in series give a power reserve of 60 hours. A domed sapphire crystal with antireflective coating on both sides sits over the black dial, which carries chronograph counters, small seconds and a tachymeter scale. The steel case back is transparent. Black alligator leather on a foldover steel clasp completes the watch, rated to 50 metres of water resistance.
