OMEGA Speedmaster 38

Omega's Speedmaster 38, reference 324.38.38.50.55.001, is a chronograph with a 38 mm steel case. The case measures 14.7 mm thick with a lug-to-lug span of 44.9 mm. A sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment on both sides covers the white dial, which is set with diamonds. The self-winding chronograph movement is Omega calibre 3330, built with a column-wheel mechanism and Co-Axial escapement, and it runs on a free sprung-balance with a Si14 silicon spring. Omega certifies it as a chronometer, and the dial adds a small seconds subdial, a date window and a tachymeter scale. It is fitted to a white alligator leather strap with a steel foldover clasp. Water resistance is rated to 100 metres.
