Omega's De Ville Prestige 434.53.34.20.55.002 measures 34 mm across in yellow gold, a compact size for this Master Chronometer. The case stands 10.1 mm thick with a lug-to-lug span of 39.38 mm, so it sits close to the wrist. A domed sapphire crystal with antireflective treatment inside covers the white dial, and a display back reveals the movement. That movement is the Omega calibre 8800, self-winding with a Co-Axial escapement, resistant to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss, and it runs on a power reserve of 55 hours. Set with diamonds, the dial also carries a date function, and the piece is certified as a chronometer. A taupe alligator leather strap completes the watch. It stays water resistant to a depth of 30 metres.
