Omega's De Ville Prestige ref. 434.20.40.20.08.001 measures 40 mm across in steel and yellow gold. The case stands 9.93 mm thick with a lug-to-lug span of 46.26 mm. A domed sapphire crystal with antireflective treatment on the inside covers the yellow dial. Inside is the self-winding calibre 8800, a Co-Axial movement with a silicon balance spring and a power reserve of 55 hours. It is certified as a Master Chronometer by METAS and resists magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss, with a date function and a transparent caseback showing the mechanism. The watch is fitted on a yellow gold bracelet secured by a butterfly clasp. Water resistance sits at 30 metres, modest for daily wear rather than diving.
