The Omega De Ville Prestige 434.10.34.20.03.002 has a steel case measuring 34 mm across, with a thickness of 10.1 mm and a lug-to-lug span of 39.38 mm. Inside is the self-winding calibre 8800, a Master Chronometer movement certified by METAS with a Co-Axial escapement and resistance to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss, giving 55 hours of power reserve. A domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment inside covers the blue dial, which carries a date function. The transparent caseback lets the movement's Geneva waves in arabesque show through. This is a chronometer in the true sense, tested and certified rather than simply named one. It comes on a steel bracelet fitted with a butterfly clasp. The case holds a 30 metre water resistance rating.
