Breitling's Superocean Automatic 42 N17375201L1S1 is a dive watch cased in bronze, 42 mm across and 12.56 mm thick. The green dial sits under a cambered sapphire crystal, glareproofed on both sides. A ceramic bezel rotates in one direction for tracking elapsed dive time, and the screw-down crown adds security against water ingress. Luminous hands and indices keep the dial legible in low light, with a central seconds hand for precise timing. Inside is the self-winding Breitling calibre 17, with a power reserve of approximately 38 hours. The watch is fitted to a green rubber strap secured by a bronze folding clasp. The screw-down crown helps hold the case to its 300 metre water resistance rating.
