Breitling's Avenger Automatic 42, reference A17328101C1X1, comes in a 42 mm steel case, a dive watch built for hard use. The case measures 12.15 mm thick, with a screw-down crown for added security against water ingress. A cambered sapphire crystal, glareproofed on both sides, covers the blue dial. Inside is the self-winding Breitling calibre 17, a chronometer-certified movement with 38 hours of power reserve. The dial carries a date aperture and central seconds display. A blue calfskin leather strap closes with a steel folding clasp. The case is rated to 300 metres of water resistance.
