The Breguet Reine de Naples Jour/Nuit 8999, reference 8999BB/8D/974, has an oval white gold case measuring 42.3 mm in height. The case is 10.8 mm thick, and its dial sits under a sapphire crystal set into a display back. The self-winding calibre 78CS runs at a 57 hour power reserve and drives central seconds along with a day and night indication that plays out the interplay of sun and moon across the dial. Steel hands with white luminous treatment sweep over a silvery dial finished with guilloché work. Diamonds are set on the case, the dial and the folding clasp, with a briolette-cut stone marking the case.
