Breguet's Reine de Naples Jour/Nuit 8998, reference 8998BR/11/974, has an oval case in rose gold measuring 40.1 mm in height. The case stands 10.6 mm thick and carries a sapphire crystal over the silver, hand-guilloché dial. Inside is the self-winding calibre 78CS, offering 57 hours of power reserve and a central seconds display. The dial's day/night indication shows the sky in lapis-lazuli with mother-of-pearl clouds and a hand-engraved moon, set against a sun-like balance wheel visible through the sapphire case back. The hands carry white luminous treatment for legibility after dark, and the watch is set with diamonds. An alligator leather strap closes with a rose gold folding clasp. Breguet rates the case to 30 metres of water resistance.
