Breguet Reine de Naples 9818

Breguet's Reine de Naples 9818BB/5V/922 has an oval white gold case measuring 32.1 mm in height. The case measures 10 mm thick, and the lugs take a 12 mm strap. A sapphire crystal covers the mother-of-pearl dial, and a sapphire caseback allows a view of the movement. Inside is the self-winding calibre 586/1, with 38 hours of power reserve. The watch is set with diamonds, some of them on the folding clasp itself. Central seconds are displayed on the dial. The piece is fitted to an alligator leather strap with a white gold clasp. Water resistance is rated to 30 metres.
