The Breguet Reine de Naples 8928 (reference 8928BA/51/J60) has an oval 18K yellow gold case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel, dial flange and lugs are set with 139 diamonds, and the crown is set with a single diamond. The white natural mother-of-pearl dial features an off-centred chapter ring with Roman numerals, driven by the self-winding Breguet calibre 586/1 with a 38-hour power reserve. It is fitted with a yellow gold "Charleston" bracelet and a buckle set with a pear-cut diamond, and is water-resistant to 3 bar (30 m).
