Breguet's Reine de Naples 9808BR/5T/922 is a women's model with an oval case in 18K rose gold, measuring 32.1 mm in height. The case has a thickness of 10 mm, and the crown is left unscrewed. Inside runs the self-winding calibre 586/1, with a power reserve of 38 hours, visible through a sapphire case back. A sapphire crystal covers the mother-of-pearl dial, set with diamonds including a briolette-cut stone, and central seconds runs from a subsidiary axis. The watch is fitted to an alligator leather strap on a rose gold folding clasp. That clasp closes on a case rated to 30 metres of water resistance.
