The Breguet Reine de Naples 9807, reference 9807ST/5W/922, has an oval steel case measuring 32.1 mm in height. The case measures 10 mm thick, with lugs set 12 mm apart. A sapphire crystal covers the mother-of-pearl dial, and a sapphire caseback reveals the movement from behind. The self-winding calibre 586/1 drives the watch, running with a flat silicon balance spring and offering 38 hours of power reserve.
