The Breguet Reine de Naples 8928, reference 8928BR/8D/J20, has an oval 18K rose gold case with a sapphire caseback. The bezel, dial flange, lugs and crown are set with a total of 139 diamonds, and the silvered gold dial carries 211 diamonds around an off-centred chapter ring in white natural mother-of-pearl. It is fitted with a rose gold bracelet and runs on the self-winding Breguet calibre 586/1, offering 38 hours of power reserve. Water resistance is rated to 3 bar (30 metres).
