Breguet's Reine de Naples 8928, reference 8928BR/51/J20, has an oval rose gold case measuring 33 mm in height. The case is 8.5 mm thick, and the winding crown at 4 o'clock carries a briolette diamond. Rose gold houses the self-winding calibre 586/1, which gives a 38 hour power reserve, visible through a sapphire caseback. The mother-of-pearl dial sits under a sapphire crystal and shows central seconds along with Breguet's blued hollow hands.
