Breguet Reine de Naples 8928BB/5W/J20 is a women's model in white gold, its oval case measuring 33 mm in height. The case measures 8.5 mm thick, with lugs set at 14 mm apart. A mother-of-pearl dial sits beneath a sapphire crystal, its hours chapter set low and marked by blued open-tipped hands. The self-winding calibre 586/1 drives the watch, offering 38 hours of power reserve and visible through a sapphire caseback. The case, crown and clasp are set with diamonds, and a central seconds hand tracks time from the dial's centre. The white gold bracelet closes with a folding clasp, also set with diamonds.
