Breguet's Reine de Naples 8928BB/5W/944 has an oval white gold case measuring 33 mm in height, a reference to the collection's signature form. The case measures 8.5 mm thick, with lugs set 14 mm apart, and the mother-of-pearl dial sits under a sapphire crystal. Inside is the self-winding calibre 586/1, giving 38 hours of power reserve and visible through a sapphire caseback. Blued Breguet hollow apple hands mark the hours chapter towards the bottom of the dial, with a central seconds function. The watch is set with diamonds, including a briolette-cut stone at the crown. An alligator leather strap closes with a folding clasp in white gold, also set with diamonds. The case holds a 30 metre water resistance rating.
