Audemars Piguet's Royal Oak Selfwinding "50th Anniversary" ref. 15514BC.SE.1284BC.01 is a 41 mm case in 18-carat white gold. A sapphire crystal covers the yellow dial, which runs on the self-winding calibre 4309 with hours, minutes and centre seconds. The bracelet, also white gold, is set with diamonds, in this case baguette-cut orange spessartites across both case and bracelet. It closes with an AP folding clasp. This reference belongs to a limited series of ten pieces, each finished with a different gemstone, and carries the dedicated 50-years oscillating weight. Water resistance is set at 50 metres, modest for a Royal Oak but consistent with a piece built for display rather than diving.
