Audemars Piguet's Royal Oak Selfwinding "50th Anniversary", reference 15551OR.ZZ.1356OR.02, measures 37 mm across in rose gold. The case stands 9.1 mm thick, a proportion that keeps the watch slim on the wrist. It is set with diamonds, giving the design a quiet touch of sparkle. A sapphire crystal covers the blue "Grande Tapisserie" dial beneath it. The self-winding calibre 5900 drives the watch, showing hours, minutes, central seconds and the date.
