Audemars Piguet's Royal Oak Selfwinding 15550ST.OO.1356ST.06 measures 37 mm across in steel, a size suited to the women's line. The case stands 8.9 mm thick and pairs with a blue Tapisserie dial, a detail carried over from the original 1972 Royal Oak. A sapphire crystal sits over the dial, which shows central seconds and a date window at the side. The self-winding Calibre 5900 drives the watch, fitted within the case in the collection's current ergonomic design. The bracelet is steel, matching the case, and closes with an AP folding clasp. Audemars Piguet rates the case to 50 metres of water resistance, enough for everyday wear.
