The A. Lange & Söhne Lange 1 Tourbillon Handwerkskunst, reference 704.048F, has a tourbillon in a 38.5 mm case made of 950 platinum. Introduced in 2014 for the Lange 1's 20th anniversary, this is a limited edition of 20 pieces. The black main dial is enamelled white gold, with a solid silver small-seconds dial, an outsize date, a power-reserve indicator and rhodiumed gold hands. The case measures 10.2 mm high, has a see-through back and is water resistant to 30 metres. Manual-winding calibre L961.3 contains 624 parts. The movement runs for 72 hours and beats at 21,600 semi-oscillations per hour. A black alligator leather strap is fastened with a 950 platinum folding clasp.
