A. Lange & Söhne Datograph Up/Down "Lumen"

The A. Lange & Söhne Datograph Up/Down "Lumen", reference 405.034, has a flyback chronograph in a 950 platinum case. Introduced in 2018, this is a limited edition of 200 pieces. The 41 mm case is 13.4 mm high, has a see-through back and is water resistant to 30 metres. The grey dial is made of polished German silver with semi-transparent sapphire-crystal segments, an outsize date, a power-reserve indicator, a tachymeter scale and rhodiumed-gold, blued-steel and rhodiumed-steel hands; hour, minute, chronograph sweep-seconds and power-reserve hands and hour markers at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o'clock are luminous. Manual-winding calibre L951.7 has 454 parts, beats at 18,000 semi-oscillations per hour and has a 60-hour power reserve. A black alligator leather strap closes with a platinum pin buckle.
