The A. Lange & Söhne 1815 Up/Down, reference 244.028, has a 37.5 mm case in 18-carat white gold and is a limited edition of 300 pieces. The case measures 8.7 mm high, has a see-through back and is water resistant to 30 metres. Manual-winding calibre L051.2 comprises 245 parts. The movement runs at 21,600 semi-oscillations per hour and has a 72-hour power reserve. A white-gold pin buckle secures the blue alligator leather strap. The blue dial is crafted from 925 silver and carries a power-reserve indicator whose AB marker denotes the unwound movement and AUF the fully wound movement.
