The A. Lange & Söhne 1815 Rattrapante Perpetual Calendar Handwerkskunst, reference 421.048FE, combines a split-seconds chronograph with an 18-carat white gold case. Introduced in 2017, this limited edition of 20 pieces has a perpetual calendar. The case measures 41.9 mm across and 15.8 mm high, with 20 mm between the lugs and a 30 metre rating. The blue-enamelled dial is hand-engraved, with analogue date, weekday, moon-phase and power-reserve displays. Manual-winding calibre L101.1 comprises 631 parts, runs at 21,600 semi-oscillations per hour and has a 42-hour power reserve. A dark blue alligator leather strap has an 18-carat white gold folding clasp. The hands use rhodiumed gold, gold-plated steel and blued steel. A blue-enamelled white gold hinged cuvette has relief and tremblage engravings.
