Family: Seiko/TMI VK meca-quartz chronograph
The VK63 is a meca-quartz chronograph caliber manufactured by Time Module Inc. It combines quartz timekeeping with a mechanical chronograph module, delivering 1/5 second chrono increments and an instant reset function. The movement features small subdials and is used in Undone chronograph configurations. It is currently in production.
