The Timex M72 is a manually wound movement introduced in 1955, featuring 21 jewels and a sweep second function. It includes a ratchet on the dial side and a crown mechanism with a rocker bar. Late specimens incorporated flat bridges and a setting-lever pin, borrowing design elements from the Osco 66.
