The CH-29-535-PS-1-10 is a manual-winding chronograph caliber manufactured by Patek Philippe. It measures 29.6 mm in diameter and 6.96 mm thick, operates at 36,000 vph, and provides a 48-hour power reserve. The in-house movement features a monopusher chronograph mechanism with a central seconds hand, a 1/10th-of-a-second hand, an instantaneous 30-minute counter, and small seconds. It incorporates a silicon hairspring and Pulsomax shock protection. The caliber remains in production.
