Caliber 13-130 is a manual-winding chronograph manufactured by Patek Philippe. Introduced in 1948, it is based on the Lemania 2310/Valjoux 23 architecture and was not produced in-house. The movement powered vintage chronograph references in the Patek Philippe catalog for decades before being discontinued.
