The CH 27-70 Q is a manual-wind caliber manufactured by Patek Philippe. Based on a Nouvelle Lemania ebauche, it powered the Perpetual Calendar Chronograph references 3970 and 5970. The rattrapante version, designated CHR 27-70 Q, also served in the reference 5004. It represents the last Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Chronograph movement that was not manufactured entirely in-house.
