Caliber 27-460 is a manual-winding movement manufactured by Patek Philippe, introduced in 1950. As an in-house caliber from the historic 27 family, it was featured in vintage Calatrava dress watches. Known also as Cal. 27-460 or 27-AM-400, the movement powered classic Patek Philippe timepieces from the mid-20th century before being discontinued.
