OMEGA 8804

Caliber 8804 is OMEGA's in-house automatic movement with 35 jewels, manufactured in Switzerland. It features a Co-Axial escapement and an anti-magnetic silicon hairspring, certified to Master Chronometer standards (METAS) for resistance to magnetic fields up to 15,000 gauss. The movement has a bidirectional rotor and an extended power reserve. It was introduced in 2018 at Baselworld and powers the Seamaster 1948 70th Anniversary Limited Edition, produced in 1,948 pieces.
