The Omega 863 is a manual-winding mechanical chronograph movement manufactured in Switzerland. Based on the Lemania caliber 1873, it features a gilt finish and 17 jewels, delivering a 45-hour power reserve. The movement was introduced in 1985 and used in Speedmaster Moonwatch models such as reference 3592.50, distinguished from the related caliber 861 by its metal brake and exhibition caseback design. Production continued until approximately 1997 when it was succeeded by the caliber 1863.
