The Omega Caliber 690 is a Swiss-made mechanical movement featuring 17 jewels and KIF Flector shock protection. It was produced by OMEGA for use in dress watches from the mid-20th century. The movement incorporates KIF Flector shock protection, a standard for Omega calibers of this period. Production has ceased, and it is now primarily found in vintage Omega references from the 1950s and 1960s.
