The DUW 4101 is a hand-wound caliber featuring the NOMOS Swing System with blue balance spring and a date function. This movement helped NOMOS break the Swatch Group's monopoly in the escapement industry. Powers the Metro 38 Datum and Metro 38 Datum urban black. With DUW 4101's introduction, NOMOS began equipping all hand-wound movements with date function with the Swing System. Features manual winding, fine adjustment in six positions, Glashütte three-quarter plate, and Glashütte stopwork.
