Hajime Asaoka T1002

The T1002 is a manual winding movement manufactured by Hajime Asaoka in Tokyo. It operates at 18,000 vph with a 40-hour power reserve. The movement features a free-sprung balance—one of only two such balances made in Japan—and an extra-large mainspring barrel. All components are manufactured in-house. It powers the Tsunami and remains in limited production.
