The Ballouard B01 is a manual-winding in-house caliber developed by Ludovic Ballouard. It measures 35mm in diameter, operates at 21,600 vph, and delivers a 40-hour power reserve from 228 components secured by 51 jewels. Its patented display mechanism shows only the current hour right-side up while the remaining eleven positions appear inverted, with minutes indicated by a retrograde hand and constant seconds in a subdial. The movement remains in production and debuted in December 2009 as Ballouard's first watch.
