The Angelus A5000 is a manual-winding monopusher chronograph movement produced by La Joux-Perret in Switzerland, based on the LJP5000-4 caliber. It lacks the traditional subdials found on most chronographs, functioning instead as a one-minute chronograph paired with a Base 1000 pulsometer scale on the dial. The monopusher design integrates the start/stop function into the crown, eliminating the need for pushers above and below the case. The movement features Incabloc shock protection and is used in the Instrument de Vitesse line, released in limited editions of 25 pieces per color variant.
