Apiar Watches is a British engineering-led microbrand founded by Matt Oosthuizen and Sam White, known for 3D-printed titanium mechanical watches.

Official Apiar sources say the project began in November 2022 and that engineers and childhood friends Matt Oosthuizen and Sam White founded Apiar as a watch brand in January 2023. Companies House lists APIAR London Ltd as active and incorporated in November 2022. Apiar specializes in additive manufacturing, using Laser Powder Bed Fusion to create Grade 23 titanium cases with UK partners including Apex Additive Technologies, Silvey Engineering and Bedford Dials. Official sources state that most components are built in the UK and everything is assembled in the UK, while movements are Swiss automatic calibres from La Joux-Perret, including the G100/G101 family. Because Apiar controls case engineering and UK assembly but uses supplied Swiss movements, it is classified as assembler.
