The Black Bay One 31 S&G (ref. M79603-0005) pairs a 31mm steel case with a fixed bezel in solid yellow gold and a champagne-colour dial. The bracelet combines steel and solid yellow gold center links, with the remaining links made of a steel core capped in 0.2mm of yellow gold, secured by a "T-fit" folding clasp featuring a solid yellow gold logo. It is powered by the automatic Tudor Manufacture Calibre MT5201, a COSC-certified chronometer with 50 hours of power reserve, and offers water resistance to 100 metres.
