Seiko Astron

The Seiko Astron, reference SSE151J1, is a GMT watch with a 45.5 mm steel case. The watch has world time, a perpetual calendar and a power reserve indicator. The case is 13 mm thick, with a lug-to-lug measurement of 54.6 mm and a water-resistance rating of 100 metres. Solar-powered calibre 8X42 contains 12 jewels and operates for approximately 6 months when fully charged. The dial has a date display; a three-fold clasp with push-button release fastens the watch. LumiBrite is applied to the hands and indices. Movement accuracy is plus or minus 15 seconds per month without signal reception at temperatures between 5 and 35 degrees Celsius. A sapphire crystal with a Super Clear coating covers the dial.
