Rolex Yacht-Master 42 mm

Rolex's Yacht-Master 42, reference 226658-0001, measures 42 mm across in yellow gold. The case stands 12 mm thick and houses the self-winding calibre 3235, a Rolex manufacture movement with 70 hours of power reserve. A Cyclops lens sits over the date on the sapphire crystal. The black ceramic bezel rotates bidirectionally with a 60-minute scale for timing distances at sea. Luminous hands and indices keep the black dial legible, and the movement carries chronometer certification. The watch is fitted to a black rubber strap with a folding Oysterlock clasp in yellow gold, adjustable via the Glidelock extension system. Water resistance reaches 100 metres, courtesy of the screw-down Triplock crown.
