Rolex Yacht-Master 40 mm

The Rolex Yacht-Master 40 mm, reference 126622-0001, comes in a steel case measuring 40 mm across and 12 mm thick. The case is paired with a platinum bidirectional rotating bezel with a 60-minute graduated scale, a combination Rolex calls Rolesium. A sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens sits over the date, and the slate dial carries luminous hands and indices for legibility in low light. Inside is the calibre 3235, a self-winding movement with a 70-hour power reserve, certified as a Superlative Chronometer. The screw-down crown and central seconds hand complete a functional, workmanlike layout. A steel Oyster bracelet closes with a folding Oysterlock clasp and an Easylink comfort extension link. That same case is waterproof to 100 metres.
