Rolex Yacht-Master 40, reference 126621-0001, measures 40 mm in steel and gold. The case stands 12 mm thick and carries a bidirectional rotating bezel with raised numerals. This is a chronometer, certified to Rolex's own standard, powered by the self-winding calibre 3235 with a power reserve of about 70 hours. A sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens sits over the date, and the chocolate dial has luminous hands and indices for legibility. Beyond the date, the movement drives a central seconds function.
