Rolex Lady-Datejust 28 mm

The Rolex Lady-Datejust 28 mm, reference 279178-0003, comes in 18 ct yellow gold with a case diameter of 28 mm. The fluted bezel gives the case its characteristic finish, and a Cyclops lens sits over the date on the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Inside is the calibre 2236, a self-winding mechanical movement certified as a Superlative Chronometer, with a power reserve of approximately 55 hours. The champagne-colour dial shows a central seconds hand and an instantaneous date. A screw-down crown protects the movement. The watch is fitted with a Jubilee bracelet in yellow gold, closed by a concealed folding Crownclasp. The screw-down crown also helps hold the case to its 100 metre water resistance rating.
