Rolex Lady-Datejust 28 mm, reference 279171-0024, measures 28 mm in steel and gold. The fluted bezel in gold gives the case its finishing touch, and a Cyclops lens sits over the date on the sapphire crystal. The rosé-colour dial is set against a self-winding movement, calibre 2236, with a power reserve of approximately 55 hours. Central seconds and date are both driven by this Rolex manufacture calibre, and the watch carries Rolex's chronometer certification. Luminous hands and indices keep the dial legible in low light. The screw-down crown is part of the case's waterproofing system. A steel and gold bracelet closes with a folding Oysterclasp fitted with an Easylink comfort extension link. Rolex rates the case to 100 metres.
