Rolex's Lady-Datejust 28 mm, reference 279171-0017, comes in steel and gold and measures 28 mm across. The fluted bezel, in gold, sits on a case fitted with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a Cyclops lens over the date. The chocolate dial is paired with a steel and gold bracelet secured by a concealed folding Crownclasp. Inside is the calibre 2236, a self-winding movement with a 55-hour power reserve, and the watch carries Rolex's chronometer certification. Central seconds and an instantaneous date round out the functions. The screw-down crown, working with the case construction, holds the water resistance to 100 metres.
