Rolex Lady-Datejust 28 mm

Rolex's Lady-Datejust 28 mm, reference 279163-0023, measures 28 mm across in steel and gold. The case carries a domed bezel and a screw-down crown, with a Cyclops lens set over the date on the sapphire crystal. Inside is the self-winding calibre 2236, a Rolex manufacture movement with a power reserve of around 55 hours. The white dial is fitted with centre seconds and an instantaneous date display. This is a chronometer, certified after casing to Rolex's own standard. It comes on a steel and gold bracelet fastened with a concealed folding clasp. Rolex rates the case to 100 metres of water resistance.
