Rolex Lady-Datejust 28 mm, reference 279163-0002, measures 28 mm across in steel and gold. The case has a domed bezel and holds a champagne-colour dial under a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens over the date. Inside is the self-winding calibre 2236, a Rolex manufacture movement with a power reserve of approximately 55 hours and chronometer certification. The screw-down crown and monobloc case are typical Oyster construction, and the dial shows central seconds along with the date. This is a dress watch built for daily wear rather than display. The steel and gold bracelet closes with a folding Oysterclasp fitted with the Easylink comfort extension link. Rolex rates the case to 100 metres.
