Rolex Datejust 36, reference 126284RBR-0030, measures 36 mm in steel and gold. The case stands 11.7 mm thick and carries a screw-down crown for added protection against moisture. A sapphire crystal with a Cyclops lens sits over the date, and the bright blue dial is set with diamonds in gold settings, matched to a diamond-set bezel. Inside is the calibre 3235, a self-winding movement with a chronometer certification and a power reserve of about 70 hours. The date and centre seconds are both driven from this movement. A steel Oyster bracelet closes with a folding Oysterclasp, and the Easylink link allows the wearer to extend it for comfort. The screw-down crown helps keep the case rated to 100 metres.
