Rolex Datejust 36 mm

Rolex Datejust 36 mm, reference 126234-0063, cases in steel and gold at 36 mm across. The case measures 11.7 mm thick and carries a fluted bezel in gold. A Cyclops lens sits over the date on the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The aubergine dial is set with diamonds, with Roman VI and IX numerals in gold also set with stones. Inside is calibre 3235, a self-winding chronometer movement with a power reserve of about 70 hours, and the watch is fitted with a screw-down crown. As a dress watch built on Rolex's Datejust line, it comes on a steel bracelet closed by a folding Oysterclasp with Easylink extension. The screw-down crown helps hold the case to its 100 metre water resistance rating.
